There’s an old saying that says you shouldn’t mix business with your friends. I have to say, I humbly disagree with that. In my 25-year career in business, my BEST working relationships started first as friendships. With Matt Kaulig and I, it was just that—a friendship.
Once that was intact, we discovered together that we had the right stuff to build something awesome. Look, it’s all about finding people who are just as PASSIONATE as you. Right? You have to do that.
