I know a lot of people who have been through it, but it’s NEVER lost on me what a parent or family must be going through when their kid is sick or fighting a life-threatening illness in a hospital. The stress and challenges they face must be overwhelming… I think that’s why the latest Cleveland’s Own video shoot was so special.
It featured the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, Inc., and guys, I’ve said it before but this awesome organization LITERALLY gives “shelter during a storm” by keeping families together in a home-like environment. Each family has the satisfaction of knowing their child is so close to a nearby healthcare facility, while the healing process begins.
I can’t think of a much better service than that.
